Iām a Senior UX Design Manager at Globe Telecom, with over a decade of experience in digital advertising, UX, and UI design for both local and global brands. I also serve as the Executive Secretary of the Communication Design Association of the Philippines and brings expertise in experience design, innovation strategy, and customer experience optimization.
I hold a Masters in Communication major in Applied Media Studies with a thesis on interface metaphors and completed the School of Visual Arts New York program on Experiencing Brands Through Interaction Design.
